Deer Creek Pool Rules
Posted on May 21st, 2026

Please review the rules below with all pool users in your household and be sure to follow them so we can continue to have a safe and clean pool.  If we are made aware of repeat incidents of neighbors not following the rules, the resident will be contacted by HAS. Thank you for your cooperation.

Rules:
  • Hours: Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS.  USE OF THIS FACILITY IS AT THE SOLE RISK OF THE INDIVIDUAL USING THE FACILITY.
  • All users must have their pool access cards to gain entry to the pool.
  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Each guest must be accompanied by a resident.
  • NO DIVING ALLOWED.  There is also no diving allowed from the diving blocks outside of supervised swim team use.
  • No running, bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, motorized vehicles, pets, glass, or smoking/vaping allowed on the pool deck.
  • No abusive or profane language will be tolerated.
  • Please keep your area clean and dispose of all trash and food waste before leaving.
  • Flotation devices or pool toys must be of reasonable size and may not interfere with other swimmers' use and enjoyment of the pool.
  • All infants must use appropriate swimwear - no disposable diapers allowed (fecal contamination requires mandatory closing).
  • Any person with an infectious or communicable disease, open cut, blister, etc. is prohibited from using the pool.
  • Please put chairs back and umbrellas down when you’re done using them.  There is no one to do this in the evenings and umbrellas frequently get damaged by wind and pop-up afternoon storms.
  • The Deer Creek pool will be open from Thursday, May 21st through at least Monday, September 7th (closing date may be extended based on weather and will be announced in early September).

If you need a key card, have issues with your key card, have any issues/concerns with the pool, or wish to gain access for quiet early morning lap time, contact Doug May at Home Association Solutions: 913-825-0001 or dmay@hasolutions.net.
